About Coach Joe

Joe Molettiere brings high-level collegiate playing experience and sports-management perspective to the West Chester Dragons. A graduate of Pennridge High School, Coach Joe played four years of NCAA Division I baseball at Monmouth University and Mercer University. He also competed for the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod Baseball League, helping the team win the 2017 championship and earning recognition as a top-200 league prospect. Before joining the Dragons, he coached with the Keystone State Bombers and PA Shockers. His professional experience as an agent and advisor provides additional perspective for high school players and families navigating advanced baseball opportunities.
